GENTLE YOGA FOR RELEASING STRESS @ BOW BRICKHILL COMMUNITY HALL

This class will be made up of gentle, movement at the beginning for 20mins before going onto the floor to do more passive stretching and restorative postures using yoga props (think cushions and blankets), ending with a body scan meditation and visualisation.
Types of yoga I teach:
I use a creative, collective combination of Slow Mindful Hatha Yoga, Free movement, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and mantras, breathing and meditation techniques to explore topics and create more embodied awareness in the body and mind. This class will have a particular focus of exercises that support the nervous system feel calm and regulated. Spiritual topics I am currently exploring are the Chinese 5 elements & Yin Yang Theory.
