Our retreat day will include:
✨ Meditation – a welcoming meditation to gently settle in, creating a calm foundation for the day ahead.
✨ Yin Yoga – gentle yin yoga to help you slow down, release tension and bring a sense of balance to the body and mind.
✨ Seasonal Food – a wholesome, healthy lunch prepared by Foodtopia, plus warming teas and light refreshments.
✨ Creative Workshop – learn the art of felting with Sadie and take home a unique handmade piece as a keepsake of your day.
✨ Yoga Nidra – a deeply relaxing autumn themed yoga nidra to close the day.
✨ Time to Pause – space to relax, reflect, connect with others, or simply enjoy a quiet cup of tea in a cosy and welcoming environment.
With a maximum of 10 places, this retreat offers an intimate and welcoming space to embrace intentional rest, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself as the season changes. No previous yoga or felting experience is needed - just bring yourself, and a willingness to slow down and enjoy the day.
